Aha! (bob#2)

I think it funny how so often as teenagers in a school setting we kinda put off the things we learn in a math or English class thinking "what in the world will that help me with in life?" and other such thoughts. When we first started this graphing unit I was like, 'great, I'm learning about things I'll never use again in my life cause I'm going to be a kindergarten teacher minoring in sociology and being a professional photographer on the side...why is learning about graphing sin and cos waves important to me?' It wasn't until further into the unit that I realized that kinda stuff totally applies to the real world; the packet "More Applications of Sine and Cosine" especially helped me see real world examples. Though this isn't necessarily detrimental to my health and well being, it's cool to see the connection of how life just comes together and how intricate and amazing every passing day truly is :) Maybe I should think twice before grumbling next time. ;)
